TERMS OF SERVICE Effective Date: [January 2025] Last Updated: [May 2026] These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the provision of logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, warehousing, procurement, sourcing, customs clearance, cargo consolidation and related services by Phran Kriz Logistics (“Phran Kriz Logistics”, “we”, “us” or “our”) to any customer, shipper, consignee, importer, exporter, supplier, buyer, business or other person engaging our services (“Customer”, “you” or “your”). By requesting a quotation, making a booking, submitting cargo to us, accepting our services, accessing our website, or otherwise engaging Phran Kriz Logistics, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms. These Terms should be read together with any quotation, booking confirmation, invoice, service agreement, bill of lading, air waybill, delivery order or other document issued in connection with a particular shipment.
